QuotaBook's Professional Onboarding Team will guide you through the steps to help you quickly migrated and start your QuotaBook journey.

Basic Documents:

Certificate of Incorporation - Company incorporation information will be displayed within your main account dashboard
Current and Historical Cap Table - Ownership information will depict historical changes and current stakeholders table
Purchase Agreements (SPA, Acquisition Agreements)/Term Sheets - Official documents depicting the price per share, number of shares, share issuance dates
Stakeholder contact points (names & emails) - Needed for creating individual IDs for your stakeholders, including investors and employees. Email confirmations to your stakeholders will not be sent by QuotaBook unless specifically requested
