③ Period of Use and Retention of Personal Information: All personal information will be destroyed within 1 month from the account or user’s termination of service or withdrawal of consent.

✅ If, however, during the use of QuotaBook services, there is a need to retain certain customer information for the purposes of adhering to relevant laws and regulations for a specific period, this retained information will be destroyed after the end of the specified retention period.
