Recording Share Transfers

This page explains how to record share transfers on QuotaBook.

Navigate to: [Securities] → [Shares]

1. Click [⋮] on the right of the stakeholder who wants to transfer the shares.

2. Then click the Transfer tab.

3. Select the stakeholder who will be the recipient of the transferred shares. To transfer shares to a person who is not already on your stakeholder list, click ‘Add Stakeholder’.

👉 Refer to Adding Stakeholders and Managers to add a new stakeholder.

5. Fill out the required information and click Submit button to complete recording your share transfer.
