2. Checking a Portfolio Company's Capitalization Data

🚩 Navigate to the bottom left panel [PORTFOLIOS] and select the portfolio company at hand

  • From the [Capitalization] tab, you check cap tables and financing history of portfolio companies

  • Portfolio company can grant and manage your access to its data. Please reach out to the portfolio company directly if you need access

Checking Capitalization Data

1. From the portfolio company’s page, select the [Capitalization] tab

  • If you cannot see the [Capitalization] tab, please reach out to the portfolio companies directly to gain access

Checking Cap Tables (By Stakeholder)

  1. From the portfolio company’s page, select the [Capitalization] tab followed by [By Stakeholder]

  2. Drag the slider located on top of the cap table to select a specific date and see the time-adjusted cap table as of that selected date

Checking Data By Security Types/Class

  1. From the portfolio company’s page, select the [Capitalization] tab and then [By Security]

  2. View portfolio company’s equity data by security type/plan and check the outstanding shares based on those paramters. You can also select a specific date to see the data as of the date

Checking Portfolio Company’s Financing History

  1. From the portfolio company’s page, select the [Capitalization] tab followed by [Financing History]

Running Simulations

  1. From the portfolio company’s page, select the [Capitalization] tab followed by [Scenario Simulation]

  2. Enter the required fields (pre-money valuation, total new investment amount, new option pool %, option pool type, and conversion method) to run scenario simulations based on future hypothetical rounds based on the current cap table

  3. You can also run exit simulations by inputting the expected exit valuation of the portfolio company
