This Page explains how to:

  • View cap tables

  • View outstanding securities by types and classes

  • View financing history

View cap tables

Navigate to [Capitalization] → [By Stakeholder]

Here, you can view the cap table, including the number of shares (Common stocks, Preferred stocks, Stock options) and the percentages of shares (Outstanding, Fully Diluted basis) owned by each stakeholder.

To download the cap table as an excel file, you can click on the Download Excel button on the top left corner.

Note on Percentage ownership:

  • Outstanding basis - Displays the percentage ownership based on the current shares that have already been issued.

  • Fully Diluted basis - Displays the percentage ownership assuming all possible sources of additional issuance – such as stock options – have been issued (Fully diluted). This percentage does not reflect securities such as Convertible Bonds as of now.
