Creating Document for Consent and Signing the Official Document
Navigate to: [Meetings & Consents] → [Investor Consents]
1. Click the agenda you just created on the table.
2. Click [Create Documents] button will automatically create the document based on the information you have written.
* Even after the creation of the document, you can still edit or create the document again.
3. After the document creation, click [Sign the Official Note] for electronic signature.
* If you want to print and sign in person, download the document.
4. Select the executive and signature. Place the signature on the right place, then click the button at the bottom to issue the document.
5. Now you have finished to create the document and sign on the official note!
